Habit tracker
Habit track yourself to success
Especially in the beginning we often need a habit reminder and who doesn't get a kick out of ticking things off on a To-Do list? Habit trackers visualise your habit commitments and they are powerful because they:
Remind you by giving you a visual cue to take action
Motivate you to keep going by seeing the progress you are making
Reward you by getting the satisfaction you get from crossing things of a to-do list
There are various habit tracker options including this paper-based habit tracker or smartphone apps. We have reviewed many apps available and selected the ones below which offer sufficient features in the free version (some have a premium paid version to open more features) and are available for both iOS and Android.
All these apps have the basic habit tracking features and some enable you to add in supporters who can see your progress and sent messages of support. A few require you to put skin in the game by adding your credit and paying money when you get of track. In the StickK app you need to specify a referee to sign of on your habit reports.
The table below provides and overview of the different features to enable you to match your habit tracking needs with the selected apps.
